An ode to the red mullet, our fish soup has become a firm favourite with our customers here in Cornwall, both in Helston at CAST Café and from our years running Argoe, where it still hasn’t left the menu! We’ve been thrilled to begin offering it by the jar, for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home!
Serve as we do with chilli oil & croutons.
Our fish soup is rich and intense in flavour, feel free to let down with water or fish stock to your preferred taste. Serves 3-4 portions.
Red Mullet, Mussels, Fennel, Monkfish Liver, Rapeseed Oil, Carrot, White Wine (Suplhites), Onion, Leek, Lobster, Celery, Garlic, Peppercorn, Fennel Seed, Lemon Juice, Tomato, Lemon Zest, Orange Zest, Salt, Coriander Seed, Rosemary, Bay Leaf, Chilli, Star Anise, Saffron
Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Once open, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
