Sourdough Loaf
This is our house loaf at CAST Café – a light brown sourdough, made with 1/4 wholewheat. We serve it warm with butter (whipped, of course) in the restaurant and it’s great for sandwiches when fresh or as toast a day or two in!

Pre-Order Info
We bake our bread to order, ready for collection on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with our pre-order cut off time being 5pm the day prior to collection. Bread will be freshly baked on the morning of collection, ready for you to pickup by 12pm (sometimes earlier). You’ll receive a notification email to inform you that your order is fulfilled and ready on the day of your collection.
Top Tip
To re-fresh the loaf, simply run under a tap to soak the crust and pop into a hot oven for 10-15 minutes (or until crisp on the outside and hot in the middle).

Wheat flour, salt, yeast
Common ingredient allergens are marked in bold. This product is made in a kitchen where all allergens are present and used, no guarantees regarding unmentioned allergens can be made due to cross contamination.
